Taking it easy today, I'm still recovering from the sleeping medication.
I slept fine except I was awake for nearly two hours.
I was having anxiety, but it was more controlable.
Dr O'Donald had an idea for another sleeping medication. Marie looked it up. Seeing the side effects, she recommended I don't start it. This created anxiety and hopelessness.
I returned to walking the dog.
Watched the rest of Sunny.
